Returns Policy

The Hound Club offers a 14-day returns policy on some of the purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, request a return and collection.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. We will not accept returns of products that have been opened or damaged.

Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Products that have been opened or damaged

Products that have been customised or personalised

Frozen or fresh food products
